How to create an account:

1. Go to the footer below and click on "Admin Register."

2. Choose a select a register, fill out the registration form enter your name, mobile number, e-mail address, and set up a password and click Submit & register. After that, provide your contact information ,pick up address,CIN,GST,Bank details etc in dashboard and select Submit.

Once you login in, you have to enter your Goods and Services Tax (GST) number and Company Identification Number(CIN). After entering GST and CIN number, click on 'Continue to Verify’. On the next screen, click on ‘Upload GST document and CIN document’. Upload the GSTIN certificate and CIN certificate(Reg-06 with Annexure A and Annexure B). The documents can be in pdf, jpg, or doc formats and should be less than 10MB in size. After uploading the documents, click on the ‘Submit GST document. GST and CIN verification can take up to 72 hours. You will receive an email to notify you of the outcome of the verification. While the documents are under review, you can continue with the remaining registration steps.

Next, you have to fill pick up address details. We will collect (or have collected) product shipments for customer orders that you receive from this address.
The address on your GST is already there as an option for you to choose. If you want products to be picked up from a different location, enter the address by clicking on ‘Add new address’ under account settings on Seller Central.
You have to ensure that the pickup address is in the same state that the GST is registered in.

Next, you have to add details of your active bank account. Provide the details of the bank account that you use for your business. The money you make from online sales on Merafilter will be transferred to this bank account.

Let’s understand with an example

You are selling a cream on Merafilter at ₹450 (selling price).

Step 1: Calculate Shipping Fees
Geography: If you are selling the product from Delhi to a customer in Chandigarh, the national shipping cost will be applicable.
Weight: The weight of the final packed product to be measured and relevant prices to be applied.
If the weight of the packed product is 400 grams, the shipping cost is ₹16
Step 2: Calculate Commission Fees
Apply the percentage relevant to the product. Given that the selling price here is ₹450, a 4.5% commission fee will be applicable.
4.5% x ₹450 = ₹20.25
Step 3: Total Merafilter fees
₹16 + ₹20.25 = ₹36.25
Step 4: Calculate gross margin
Selling price = ₹450
Merafilter Fees = ₹36.25
